1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing our APIs, or using our B2B travel portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our software.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your travel agency.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your agent credentials and API keys.
• Aeroco grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations.

3. Bookings and Payments

Aeroco acts as a technology provider connecting you with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and third-party suppliers:

• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, or service providers.
• You are responsible for managing your sub-agents' credit limits and ensuring sufficient funds for ticketing.
• Aeroco is not liable for supplier cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures.

4. Subscriptions and Fees

SaaS subscription fees are billed automatically based on your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of API access and portal login. Custom enterprise agreements are governed by their specific SLA contracts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aeroco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our platform or API downtime.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
